“Today, the State House of Representatives brought us one step closer to finalizing judicial reform in Georgia. Once the Senate approves the substitute, the Governor will have a bill that enacts meaningful tort reform that improves the state’s business climate while providing a fair judicial system,” Cobb Chamber President & CEO Sharon Mason said in a statement today. “The Cobb Chamber applauds the Senate and House for passing a bill that balances legal rights with market stability, and we look forward to Governor Kemp signing this into law.”
