We are thrilled to welcome Rylee to the Coastline Team! Rylee is originally from Indiana and now resides in North Florida. He was top of his class at a local Technical College and for the past two years has worked in the Residential HVAC. He is excited to learn our side of Refrigeration, Foodservice Equipment and HVAC! ?? Rylee enjoys road trips with his family, fun concerts and a good movie. He is a Core Value fit who is excited to take his career to the next level. Rylee is set-up for success by learning directly from Brandon, who is excited to introduce him to cold-side & hot-side equipment. North Florida is hot right now... It's the most magical time of the year... Training Season is here! ?? We are excited for an action packed Winter of Factory Training. Each year Coastline fills our Technicians schedules with up to 15 days of Factory Training - most of the time these are held at our Training Centers in Tampa or Orlando. This helps keep Technicians at the Tip of the Spear for our shared clientele. Not only does this lead to more efficient repairs, but it develops a better understanding and relationship between Service Technicians and Manufacturers. ?? We want to give a huge shoutout to these fine Manufacturers for investing in Service Excellence. We're still finalizing the details for a few Manufacturers, but the first Manufacturer will be here next week and Training Season will last through March. Full schedule coming soon. Everyone is welcome to join on a first-come-first-serve basis. Lunch is provided by Coastline... and we are hoping Daniel decides to fire up the smoker. ???? Stay tuned!

Welcome aboard, Jacob! Jacob hails from Columbus, OH and recently relocated to Florida for the fishing and the great outdoors. Upon graduating High School, he enrolled at a local Technical College for their 2 Year HVAC/R Program. During his schooling, he completed an Internship with an industry giant, CBRE, and then upon graduation from Technical College, received a full-time offer at a large independent restaurant group on their Service Team. For the past three years, he has learned and leveled-up on Manufacturers such as Scotsman, Hoshizaki, Hobart, Garland, Bunn, and more. Outside of work, Jacob volunteers as a Wrestling Coach. He enjoys fishing, the outdoors, clean eating, exploring, and is a major history buff. We are thrilled to have him at Coastline and look forward to watching him grow in the Greater Fort Myers Market! And just like that... Brandon is on the board! Congratulations on earning your first CFESA Certification today! ?? This was Brandon's first attempt at a CFESA Test and he had every reason to postpone the exam. He and his family were impacted severely from the recent Hurricanes. They were without power and water for nearly two combined weeks following the two storms. Between helping our customers in need and fixing his house, he and his family could still be found at the local church donating their time to feed local Families in need. The calls, texts and emails have been overwhelming. We appreciate everyones support of not only Coastline... but our Families. Here is the latest: Everyone at Coastline is safe. Over half our People lost power. A few of our folks in Tampa are still without power, along with our Tampa Office. Cell service was down for a bit, but is now up and running. The power company expects to bring power back to our Office as well our our Tampa Team by the end of the week. We escaped this storm unscathed... but many in our local communities were impacted by not only storm surge, but an unprecedented amount of Tornado's - especially on the East Coast. Everyone at Coastline is safe and sound. Today we are reorganizing and prioritizing. Please bear with us as we prioritize Emergency Service.
