In times of need, our team members always step up to support one another. In late September, Coastal Ridge team members in North Carolina, Florida, and surrounding areas were directly impacted by Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. In just over a week, our teams came together to raise over $11,000 to support their colleagues. Thank you to everyone who donated, supported, or shared in our fundraising efforts, which went directly to team members and their families as they rebuild after these devastating storms.

Coastal Ridge recently welcomed Mark Kocoloski to the team as Director of Tax. In his role, Mark will plan and manage the tax compliance process for the Investment Management funds, real estate partnerships, corporate management entities and principles. He will influence company strategy for overall tax planning and the use of effective tax structuring strategies, particularly regarding new transactions. Since 2012, the Nationwide Children's Marathon has raised over $13 million for life-saving research and care. This year, Coastal Ridge is excited to partner with Nationwide Children's Hospital through a Marathon sponsorship. Several team members have elected to run the 5k, half, or full marathon as well as volunteer on race day.
