With 15 years of experience in project finance, structured finance, and M&A, Gregg has played a pivotal role in advancing the renewable energy industry. He has successfully raised debt financing, tax equity investments, and cash equity investments for nearly 100 projects, securing over $2 billion in funding. Additionally, his expertise in M&A has contributed to transactions totaling over $1 billion. Having worked across wind, solar, and energy storage projects, Gregg brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will be invaluable to our team. Beyond his professional achievements, Gregg is a dedicated father to his almost 8-year-old son, who is the center of his world. Together, they enjoy playing soccer, basketball, video games, snowboarding, and creating arts and crafts. An expert-level mountain biker and avid backcountry snowboarder, Gregg has called Colorado home for the past 23 years, embracing the outdoor lifestyle to the fullest. Ryan brings with him a wealth of experience, starting his solar career in a rotational program at Safari Energy, where he worked across several teams, gaining a full understanding of the project lifecycle. After Safari Energy was acquired by Aspen Power, Ryan transitioned to the Engineering team, diving deep into both design work and project engineering. Outside of work, Ryan is a long-time rugby player and a member of the New York Rugby Club. These days, he’s shifting his focus to running and biking events, with a marathon and IronMan in his sights. With over 20 years of experience in business development, Tom has a proven track record of working with commercial real estate owners, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies to plan and implement large capital projects. Most recently, Tom has been advising national REITs and regional commercial property owners on optimizing their portfolios with solar and energy storage opportunities. ? Tom's background is as diverse as it is impressive. Before diving into the renewable energy industry, he spent a decade as a sales leader, helping a SaaS startup grow from a small team of 12 to over 400 employees and successfully raising Series A & B funding. His passion for sustainability and innovation makes him a perfect fit for Coast Energy. ? Outside of work, Tom is a dedicated father of a 5-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. He has a deep love for music, from discovering new artists and collecting vinyl records to teaching his kids how to play the ukulele.
