COARE Industrial ("COARE") is pleased to announce the acquisition of an Industrial Outdoor Storage ("IOS") property located at 11050 70th Ave in Pinellas County, Florida, within the Tampa-St. Petersburg MSA. The 1.6-acre site features graded, graveled, and fenced outdoor storage, along with two buildings: a 5,240-square-foot warehouse with 380 square feet of office space and three drive-through doors, and a 3,424-square-foot shop with 200 square feet of office space and two drive-through doors. The property is zoned IL Industrial Limited District—the City of Seminole's only industrial zoning designation—which permits all types of outdoor storage by right. This acquisition represents COARE Industrial's first asset in the Tampa-St. Petersburg MSA and its second in Florida. Delivered 100% leased on a short-term basis, the property is now available for lease immediately.
