Meet Imani Green Imani began her journey with CRCD Enterprises over a year ago in the LA RISE Youth Academy. As a first-year college student, she joined the Clean LA Program to support her single-parent family and explore her career path. With her dedication and curiosity, Imani gained experience across roles, refining her goals along the way. After graduating in September, she’s now focused on data and databases—and just started as a Junior Administrative Clerk at #CRCDEnterprises. We couldn’t be prouder of her journey!

Meet Shi’Ann who’s making an incredible impact in South LA, as a lead abatement technician trained by CRCD Enterprises, in partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and the Los Angeles County Development Authority. “Lead causes behavioral issues in children, immune problems, and learning deficiencies. Our program cleans and abates lead from homes, creating safe spaces for families. I recently worked on a home for a pregnant woman, ensuring her baby would come home to a lead-free, healthy environment. This job has not only impacted my career but also the lives of the families we help.” During National Lead Poisoning Prevention Week, we honored professionals like Sh’Ann who are dedicated to making homes safer and improving community health. #NLPPW2024 #LeadPrevention #CommunityImpact #HealthyHomes #PublicHealth #ChildrensHealthMonth
