We are seeking participants who have been involved in a mentoring relationship as either a mentor or mentee with a student of color. If you meet this criterion and are interested in sharing your insights, we would love to hear from you! Study Details: ● Eligibility: Must have been a mentor or mentee in a mentoring relationship involving a student of color. ● Participation: Involves joining a focus group session conducted via Zoom. ● Duration: Each focus group session will last approximately 60-90 minutes. Your participation will provide valuable insights that can contribute to improving mentoring practices and support for students of color. The CBSW started at the University of Tennessee College of Social Work in 2018 as a way to connect Black social work students with Black social work professionals in hopes to build community, support, and empowerment. Our organization is now a 501c3 non-profit, we have members across the country, we offer virtual trainings, a dope annual conference, opportunities for mentoring and networking, and our we continue to expand with new chapters throughout the country.
