As we enter the holiday season, we recognize that this time can be complex, holding a mix of emotions for many of us. For some, it is a time of joy and togetherness; for others, it can bring feelings of grief, hardship, or reflection. At CIMH, we are deeply grateful for our communities—the strength, resilience, and care we find in one another. The Coalition for Immigrant Mental Health (CIMH) and Lurie Children's Hospital Center for Childhood Resilience are releasing an updated resource packet entitled "????????-???????????????? ?????????????? ?????? ?????????????????? ?????????? ?????? ???????????????? ???? ????????????????." We understand this can be an extremely distressing time for immigrant, refugee, migrant, asylum-seeking, and other new arrival families.
