Most states offer Medicaid programs that cover home modifications to enable elderly and/or disabled individuals to remain living at home. We asked hard questions, considered changes to our programming we never thought imaginable, and ultimately emerged a stronger, healthier organization having an even greater impact. Organizational Development, or the process through which an organization develops the internal capacity to be most effective and to sustain itself long term, is essential to tackling challenges faced by nonprofits.
