Florida is requiring all condo associations with three-story buildings or higher to file a structural integrity reserve study by late December. The report focuses on different parts of a building and the expected cost to renovate or maintain them. Soon, condo owners are expected to start monthly reserve contributions, a savings budget to make these renovations. This is on top of condo assessments.
