A few gems: - Restaurant using AI to identify new menu items with key flavors, certain percentage of food costs based on supplier catalog - Cutting email management time in half with AI drafted summaries for review of simple requests - Repurposing content across Omni channel approach, especially video to written - turning internal company updates normally sent as memos into short podcast episodes for better engagement So much more.
