Launched in 2020, the Co-op "Culture Crew" was designed to inspire positive behaviors, demonstrate leadership and nurture an environment where everyone is accepted, respected and motivated. Through employee focus groups, in-depth analysis of employee surveys, and interviews with leadership, the Culture Crew was able to culminate a defined set of shared values and ways of working together that will continue to promote the positive culture we want at Co-op.
