Tomorrow from 1-4 p.m. MT, the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) will host a convening to review and discuss program guidelines for the Colorado Quantum Fund (CQF) for Innovative Lending and we’d like you to attend! The CQF for Innovative Lending improves access to capital for Colorado quantum companies by increasing favorable loans to quantum companies. For each favorable loan registered with OEDIT, lenders can earn up to 15% of the loan as a conditional tax credit in a pooled reserve. If the lender incurs a loss on any registered loan, they may apply to claim their conditional tax credits as a 100% refundable tax credit which is funded by their pooled reserve. OEDIT has begun developing policies, procedures, and guidelines to govern how this program will operate. Now, they are soliciting advice and workshoping these guidelines with the quantum industry, potential beneficiaries, and other sector participants. April 8-9, 2025 - Brilliant and crucial program for 50 years! NSF NCAR - The National Center for Atmospheric Research's NSF NCAR Earth Observing Laboratory is pleased to announce the 2025 AVAPS Users Group Meeting in Boulder, CO. This meeting will focus on in situ observations using #dropsondes and their use in #forecasting and #science. They are soliciting presentations and discussions on science, operations, and technology along with open discussions, which may include future needs and capabilities such as new types of measurements and new platforms. This will be an in person meeting with the option for virtual participation via Zoom.
