As #WomensHistoryMonth reminds us of the significance of commemorating the herstory of women, it also illustrates the importance of helping those around you to rise and reach their full potential. CNBC Workforce Executive Council member Barbra Katz, Crum & Forster Chief Human Resources Officer, commits to "inclusivity, fostering a culture where employees feel they belong and can thrive." With her leadership, the organization's 2025 theme "Moving Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations," is "encouraging employees to thank the women who have helped shape their journeys."

With #BlackHeritageMonth coming to a close, we are reminded by CNBC Workforce Executive Council member Dr. Tina G., Save the Children US Chief People and Culture Officer, that Black history is about "respect, appreciation, and recognizing the strength and beauty of the Black community, not just in February, but all year long."
