We've had a very busy and informative two days traveling on a tour hosted by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power of the region's essential water infrastructure. Here's a snapshot of what we saw: the Control Gorge Power Plant, Mono Lake, Lee Vining Intake, the LA Aqueduct, and more!

Today, CMUA member Trinity Public Utilities District hosted state Wildfire Safety Advisory Board members on a tour of the utility's service area around Weaverville, Calif., to learn about how the utility is managing and mitigating wildfire risk. Staff from CMUA and Golden State Power Coop were on hand for the trip, too. We always learn a lot when we visit Trinity PUD!
