Improving the world at work, one behavior change agent at a time.
关于我们
In the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, many behavior scientists learn the application of ABA to populations including autism or developmental disabilities, education, traumatic brain injury, gerontology, and others. But across all of these fields, practitioners are still working with staff, building businesses, working to motivate and collaborate with other practitioners, and more. Learning to apply the science of behavior in organizations is a complex subfield of ABA, but is incredibly valuable across all applications of ABA as well. However, few Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide supervision in this area. That is where CMO comes in. Like the conditioned motivating operation (specifically the CMO-transitive), our goal is for your experience with us to increase your value in the field of ABA through providing supervision and coaching in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) practice. Using the science that we teach and apply in our work, we strive to create business professionals that can consult as external change agents, as well as internal champions of behavior analysis applied at work, or what we call the role of the Chief Motivating Officer. Please contact us today if you are interested in learning how to apply the science of human behavior in the workplace, while gaining the required supervision to sit for the BCBA exam. Together, we can make meaningful change in the world at work. [email protected] www.chiefmotivatingofficers.com

Let's be real, the "stick-and-carrot" thing? It’s a little outdated. People aren't horses, and thinking they are, could lead to weakened management and frayed relationships. Bottom line: individuals crave control, competence, connection, and purpose—not just trinkets. Micromanaging and ignoring those needs? That's a morale disaster waiting to happen. It's time to build workplaces where people thrive, feel trusted, and genuinely care. Want to unlock more secrets to motivation? This MIT Sloan article is your guide. https://lnkd.in/eWjudtzi #fridayfeature #performancemanagement #leadership #motivation #cmo
