Enjoy your day, gathering with family and friends to reflect on what you are thankful for. Make it a safe and happy holiday! All CMMHC Outpatient locations are closed in observance of the holiday and will reopen on Monday, December 2nd. Our residential services, ACT, and Crisis Line (320.253.5555 or 800.635.8008) are still available for everyone who needs them.

Did you know that CMMHC has expanded its Withdrawal Management (WDM)/Detox program? Services now include all substances in response to community needs and the opioid crisis and offer safe withdrawal from all substances, including evidenced-based opioid withdrawal, alcohol withdrawal, stimulant withdrawal, and all other substances. We believe this expansion helps alleviate stress on law enforcement, homeless shelters, local emergency rooms, healthcare systems, and other community service programs in our area. We can use your help to spread the word to the community and reach those who may benefit from these services.?

Service Spotlight - Adult Day Treatment? ? Day Treatment is for adults living with a serious or persistent mental illness who have a co-occurring chemical use diagnosis or a brain injury and can benefit from a group setting. Intensive outpatient mental health treatment aimed to help reduce or relieve the effects of symptoms. Our program provides skills training, education, and therapy in a group format, resulting in you living and functioning more independently in your community.?

Did you Know? The CMMHC website has an Events page that includes a calendar of happenings initiated and attended by CMMHC and activities shared by community partners. We are the information hub for mental and chemical health events in Benton, Sherburne, Stearns, and Wright counties. You can find all you need to know at https://cmmhc.org/events/.

Have you heard about CMMHC’s new Peer Connection? We now offer an inclusive, safe, and welcoming drop-in location for adults with mental illness. Staffed by our trained Certified Peer Specialists, this space gives you an opportunity to socialize and receive support from others who understand. Peer Connection is available Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11 am—1 pm, at our St. Cloud Office, Building B. To participate, you must engage in at least one other CMMHC service. You do not need to be enrolled in individual Peer Support Services. Call 320.202.2056 for more information.
