Our last spotlight of 2024 is Senior Mechanical and Plumbing Designer, Gary Farley. Although he jokingly calls himself "grumpy cat," we're not buying it. Gary's work ethic, time management and incredible ability to complete projects - not just on time - but before they're even due is recognized by all who work with him. While Gary has been with us since 2020, he has had a long career in the field and we are glad he's on the CM Engineering team! Thank you, Gary, for all of your work!

This month, we want to recognize Cameron Alexander who has been with our team since 2021. She came to CME to learn plumbing design and has met our expectations by leaps and bounds. She has quickly learned the plumbing code and understands all aspects of plumbing design. Her day to day includes assignments from a project manager and managing the plumbing design from start to finish. Cameron is excellent with time management and client interaction and we expect to see her in a leadership role soon. Amazing work, Cameron!
