SPEAKER AND MODERATOR BIOS: Ryan Berman is a Managing Director of Arsenal Capital Partners. Mr. Berman re-joined Arsenal in 2018 after receiving his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to attending Wharton, he was an Associate with Arsenal. Before joining Arsenal in 2013, Mr. Berman was an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in their industrials group. He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Yale University in 2011. He currently serves on the board of Applied Adhesives, AvCarb and ATP Adhesive Systems. He also currently works with Fenzi and CPS Performance Materials and has previously worked with Meridian Adhesives, Kel-Tech, Flowchem, Source Refrigeration and Royal Adhesives. He serves as a CME Board Member since November 2024. Adam Abramson?is a Managing Director and Global Head of Chemicals Investment Banking at Jefferies.?He joined Jefferies in 2024 following 5 years at Barclays, where he was most recently a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Chemicals Investment banking.?Prior to joining Barclays, he spent 18 years at Deutsche Bank, where he was most recently a Managing Director on the Chemicals team.?Adam has completed over 95 M&A and capital markets transactions, representing over $110 billion in cumulative transaction value.?He holds a B.S. in Finance from Tulane University. Rahul?Katoria?is an Executive Director at Moelis & Company, specializing in advising clients in the industrials, chemicals and ingredients sectors. With over 15 years of investment banking experience, he has advised clients on all aspects of corporate development including, mergers and acquisitions, capital structure, capital raising and other strategic transactions. She holds a PhD in chemistry, completed a postdoc at MIT, and frequently contributes to peer-reviewed journals on material science, luminescence, and nanotechnology. Felix Rompen, MBA, is an Associate Partner at McKinsey’s Zurich office, specializing in chemicals and capital markets. He advises clients on strategy, growth transformations, and sustainability-linked M&A. Felix has contributed to significant industry insights and publications, including McKinsey’s annual review of the chemicals industry.
