Thank you to everyone who came out on Tuesday!
Had such a great time at the CMAA North Texas Chapter Annual Golf Outing today at Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, TX. Loved catching up with old friends and colleagues alike. Couldn't have asked for a better day, the rain held off and the weather was beautiful after the last few days of rain. All money raised today will go to fund future scholarships in the CM field. Look at this North Texas Chapter representation! What an incredible week at the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA)'s National Conference in San Francisco. The CMAA North Texas Chapter is humbled to accept the Chapter Achievement Award for Division 3 for the second year in a row. It truly is a team effort, with incredible volunteers, leadership, and energy from all of our North Texas friends; thank you! We are also so proud of the incredible honor of Distinguished Young Leader awarded to our very own Ruthwik Pasunuru, CCM, PMP, CCP. What an accomplishment and so well deserved. Great turnout for this month’s CMAA North Texas Chapter Young Leaders event! Thank you Dayle Pettus (The University of Texas at Arlington) and Scott Baker (Linbeck Group, LLC) for the project tour and presentation of the new Maverick Hall. Maverick Hall is the newest, dormitory style student housing facility on campus. With a total of 206,000 square feet, this new residence hall will provide 654 beds for UTA’s growing population. Maverick Hall is a design-build project with a 12 month construction schedule, set to be open in Fall 2025.
