This project is about enhancing patient care, expanding access to advanced imaging, and creating a modern space for rehabilitation and recovery. Our team had the opportunity to build Utopia Nails & Spa in Somers, WI: a 4,500 sq. ft. ground-up commercial salon, designed to make the client experience exceptional while making the space beautiful and operationally efficient for staff. Thoughtful space planning and an inviting interior design helped to make Utopia a very popular salon for the community. It's great to see their parking always full. We're excited to provide an update on The Corliss, the largest LIHTC, multi-family development currently under construction in Wisconsin. The Corliss is located in the Harbor District, a short walk from the Kinnickinnic Avenue commercial district in Bay View. At this stage, the team is focused on hanging drywall, with work progressing on the third floor and two buildings set to be completed later this fall. As we move forward, we're on track to complete this significant project by the end of 2026. This development is set to bring much-needed residential spaces to Milwaukee, contributing to the growth and revitalization of the Bay View community.
