We're excited to provide an update on The Corliss, the largest LIHTC, multi-family development currently under construction in Wisconsin. The Corliss is located in the Harbor District, a short walk from the Kinnickinnic Avenue commercial district in Bay View. At this stage, the team is focused on hanging drywall, with work progressing on the third floor and two buildings set to be completed later this fall. As we move forward, we're on track to complete this significant project by the end of 2026. This development is set to bring much-needed residential spaces to Milwaukee, contributing to the growth and revitalization of the Bay View community.
