Take a look at these stunning views from the 51st floor of this Los Angeles high-rise. Clune’s LA team recently completed the build-out for Silverstein’s new 18,000-sqaure-foot space. With laminate millwork and custom wood doors, there is no shortage of showstopping features throughout. The projects also included private offices, open office areas, conference rooms, a reception space and restrooms with framed glass fronts. The flooring is a combination of carpet and Daltile porcelain tile, complemented by ACT, hardlid, and turf baffle ceilings. #LosAngelesConstruction #CommercialRealEstate #TenantImprovement
