This project features a brand-new parking lot, extensive sitework, a robust steel structure and a sleek new roof. The exterior is being revitalized with modern cladding and glass entrances, while the interior undergoes a full-scale fit-out, including high-end finishes and a thoughtfully designed bank branch. Additionally, Clune is implementing state-of-the-art MEP systems with upgraded services to ensure top-tier functionality and efficiency.
