The Charlotte B Corp Collective kicked off its first quarterly meeting of 2025 with an amazing group of Charlotte professionals. We met at Rally Pickleball for a delicious lunch, and shared our passion for responsible business: leading with people, planet and purpose while making a profit. We challenged attendees to bring one impactful idea or best practice that others can use to inspire their efforts in 2025, and our "Show and Tell" session did not disappoint: ?? Reach out to inspiring speakers and tell them why you feel like you connected with their talk, and ask them to be part of your life. ?? Press pause when you need to, and turn to a practice that re-energizes you. (Like Pilates!) ?? Use the?We Are Neutral Lifestyle Carbon Footprint Calculator?and learn about Scope 1/2/3 emissions. ?? Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. ???? Take meditative, slow, mindful walks to reconnect with your body and movement. ?? Lean in to community. ??? Be assertive and don't apologize. ("Hell yes, call him Steve!") ?? Be fearless and step out -- feel the fear and do it anyway. ?? Check in with your journey and recalibrate as needed. ?? Give yourself permission!
