We just published a new case study with our friends at Momentive Software (formerly Community Brands). Tirrah Switzer, Jessica Lovell, and their product marketing their team have been using Clozd's new Flex Interviews (asynchronous video or audio interviews) to expand their win-loss program and collect in-depth feedback about their mid-market products.
