Lack of visibility Today, we’re discussing License Duplication, which happens when organizations pay for third-party tools that provide the same functionalities already included in their Microsoft 365 subscriptions. This often leads to unnecessary spending, as many premium licenses already cover essential services like file storage, business intelligence, and collaboration tools. ???????? ??????????:?A Major Metropolitan Transit Authority A major metropolitan transit authority was using several third-party tools, such as Tableau for business intelligence and Dropbox for file storage and collaboration. However, their Microsoft 365 E5 licenses already included Power BI, OneDrive, and SharePoint, which offer the same functionalities. CloudNuro.ai’s analysis revealed that they could eliminate these third-party subscriptions and fully leverage the features included in their M365 E5 licenses.
