CloudNow Consulting is a telecom agency that provides a premium service experience for our clients from initial design through implementation. CloudNow begins by understanding our clients' desired business outcomes and success criteria, functioning in many cases as an extension of the client’s team. From that understanding, and in conjunction with key stakeholders, we custom create a cloud-first strategy to achieve those goals. Working with the internal team, CloudNow develops infographics and presentations for use in achieving buy-in from executive and board level management. Unlike many providers in this space, CloudNow provides ongoing post-sales support during implementation and afterward to ensure both the project and adoption phases are successful. Post implementation, CloudNow remains engaged as an escalation point to assist our client with any issues that arise.

As I reflect on the past week at the AVANT Communications Special Forces event, I’m reminded how much I truly love what I do and the industry I'm in. We had the chance to experience powerful motivational keynotes, dive into insightful educational breakout sessions, and, most importantly, reconnect with incredible people I don’t get to see in person nearly enough. On top of that, it was the perfect opportunity to bring our geographically spread-out team together. Oh and if you haven’t driven in a driverless car yet I highly recommend. A little scary and a little fun all in one. Thank you to Avant Communications for another fantastic event. Looking forward to the next one!
