We achieved an incredible milestone in the first month of the year by collectively walking/running 5,324,757 steps! Equivalent to 33% of the distance from the North Pole to the South Pole. Our #corporatewellness initiative, involving team captains leading groups of around 5 members, was a resounding success. The incentive of FREE PTO for the top-performing team added an exciting competitive edge. Throughout the month, each team supported and motivated one another to stay active, making the journey both accountable and enjoyable. The positive impact was palpable as we not only inspired each other to strive for improvement daily but also witnessed exceptional performance company-wide, transcending all departments.
