    Spent my day protesting green SMS bubbles yesterday. The reality is that your customers don’t trust you and your green text messages. SMS to iPhone = 50% reply rate iPhone to iPhone = 90% reply rate If you’re an iPhone user - you know this already. You HATE green bubbles. We now integrate iMessage directly into your favorite CRMs. Think of the same SMS workflows you’re using now, but your leads that have iPhones get native iMessage sent to them VS ugly green bubbles (yes - automated iMessage) Comment “send blue” down below and I’ll DM you the details

    Who did it better? ClickUp at SalesForce's Dreamforce event or CloseDr at HubSpot's Inbound event? "No booth" strategies are definitely going to become more and more prevalent at in-person events. The cost of tickets, travel, hotel, food, etc, is already expensive enough to attend these conferences... and still much less than the price of an actual booth. Going to these events with an actual strategy can make or break you on the ROI you were looking for at the event. Set a goal (ours was attention), create a plan, and execute as much as possible. Inbound and Dreamforce only happen once a year... you best make them count.

    I got kicked out of the HubSpot partner program part 2 In this video I pulled out all of the receipts and documented the timelines of exactly what happened to lead up to this. Ultimately I’m writing it off as one giant misunderstanding of intentions. And the CloseDr team and their focus hasn’t changed along the way: build the best sales processes.     I got kicked out of the HubSpot partner program. I broke rules including but not limited to: ? Disruption of the final keynote; ? Repeated failure to communicate with respect and kindness, whether in person or online; ? Unauthorized marketing techniques noted and aggressive unsolicited pitches to INBOUND attendees; ? Falsely representing your organization as an Official INBOUND speaker on social media; and ? Various instances of unauthorized use of HubSpot trademarks and logos. End of story.     This isn’t a HIPAA violation. It’s just my business card. Our team at CloseDr handed out 297 of these to be exact at INBOUND (we kept 3 as souvenirs) It feels like we connected with more people than anyone else. People said things like “you worked the room really hard at the event”. That is made much easier when your teams energy doesn’t suck. I feel bad for some of the bigger companies that sent their employees with bad attitudes to the event. It was way too much fun not to be there with a smile on your face.

    Did you see us drop our medication at #Inbound24? The pill bottles had our contact info on the prescription label - making it the coolest business card at Inbound. AND made for a hilarious bit we could film like this ?? Also - people are SO nice. Every time we did this we had so many people come to help. W/ Mariah Williamson w/ CloseDr
