I want to share an update on our journey at Cloneable. Over the past year, many of you have seen our focus shift toward building specific applications for utilities; applying our platform to real-world challenges we keep hearing from field teams. What we're building isn't just a point solution, but a template for how intelligent field applications can transform industries by addressing genuine operational bottlenecks. The impact is tangible: One of our customers noted that in West Virginia, pole measurements typically take "at least 20 hours" while the same job in Ohio might take "five, six hours." They're eager to bring our solution in challenging terrain to address this disparity. During a recent Columbus field trial, we watched an experienced technician learn our system in minutes, then successfully train a new employee who was only on his third day. Perhaps most surprising is how this technology can change workforce dynamics. Companies can hire based on problem-solving skills rather than physical capabilities, with one customer reporting they are eager to retain workers who would otherwise leave due to the physical demands of traditional techniques. What's Next??We're advancing along three paths: 1. Enhanced AI object recognition?- automatically identifying poles and hardware 2. Workflow intelligence?- adapting data collection based on field conditions 3. Predictive analytics?- using measurement history to flag potential issues Despite optimizing our approach several times, understanding both measurement physics and field realities has created something the market is really responding to. What's most encouraging is the opportunity to rapidly replicate these solutions across industries, moving us toward a bigger vision for intelligent field operations. Stay tuned!

???????????????????? ???????? ?????? ??????????: "?????? ???? ???? ???????????? ???????? ???????????????????? ?????????????????? ???????? ???????? ?????? ?????? ???????????????? ?????????? ?????????????????????" "We have all different skill levels that we send out there from level ones to level threes," explained a field operations manager during a recent deployment. This highlights a challenge we hear from engineering companies everywhere: one-size-fits-all data collection doesn't work in the field. Every company, region, and project has unique requirements. Our platform addresses this through rapid customization capabilities: ?? Configure attribute collections that match your exact field protocols ?? Tailor terminology and field labels to match your company's vocabulary ?? Adapt data requirements based on geographic regions and project needs ?? Guided processes for technicians of varying experience levels While our core functionality remains consistent, we're able to configure the system to match each client's unique field processes, in seconds. How much could your team save with data collection workflows designed specifically for your operations? ?? https://lnkd.in/gtEjrzyG

?????? ???????????? ?????????? ???? ?????????? ??????????: ?????????? ????????????????????????????, ?????????????? ???????????? We had an eye-opening conversation with a field operations supervisor recently that perfectly illustrated how seemingly minor inefficiencies can devastate productivity: "I was used to doing 250-pole routes a day, or at least 70 to 100 poles a day. Then I jumped over to one-pole routes, and all of a sudden, my numbers dropped down to 40 poles a day." What was the culprit? Setup time. At Cloneable, we're tackling exactly this problem. By streamlining field data collection with smartphone-based solutions, we're eliminating those costly setup minutes and returning hours of productivity to field teams. The most impactful innovations often come from addressing the small inefficiencies that compound over time - the ones hiding in plain sight.

Two years ago, we started chipping away at a big challenge: could we get engineering-grade measurements from a phone. I wasn’t sure we would get there. But here we are, with validation data that's honestly better than I could have hoped: - 99% accuracy on pole measurements - 75% faster field operations We're walking around with phones that pack more sensing power than specialized equipment from just a few years ago. LiDAR, spatial computing are fundamentally changing how we work with real-world infrastructure. What gets me excited is how this transforms the entire workflow. When field measurements are digital from the start, we eliminate whole categories of potential errors. No more manual data entry. No more questioning if measurements were taken correctly. Just clean, consistent data flowing straight to engineering teams. The utility industry has been rightfully cautious about new measurement tech. After all, we're talking about critical infrastructure here. But after two years of development and rigorous testing, we're seeing something remarkable: mobile technology can now match (and sometimes exceed) traditional measurement accuracy while dramatically simplifying the process. Looking ahead, I believe we're just scratching the surface. As these technologies mature, we'll keep pushing what's possible - better accuracy, faster processing, smarter analysis. But always with a focus on what matters: helping field teams work more efficiently and safely. https://lnkd.in/eHWkBg9Z

???????? ?????????????? ?????????? ?????? ???????????? ???????????? ??????... Recent conversations with field technicians and engineering teams have revealed some core insights about what matters most in infrastructure data collection. Here are the key themes we're hearing: ???????????????? ???????????????????? ?????????? 'Everybody does things differently,' a field manager recently highlighted, describing a situation where an H-brace installation with four poles and unique phase configuration left even experienced teams puzzled. What works in one region may be completely foreign in another. ?????????????? ???? ???????????????????? As one field supervisor pointed out: 'For the average data collection technician, they may not always have an engineering background or the experience to know something like: should I take the pole line on the north or south side of the road?’ Raw data without operational context misses crucial real-world complexity. ?????????????????????????????? ????. ?????????? ???????????????? (really an extension of point 1!) 'Everything looks and smells differently' - this candid observation from a veteran field manager captures a crucial challenge. Each utility has established practices, terminology, and standards. Technology needs to bridge the gap between standardization and respecting these local practices. The future of utility infrastructure data collection isn't about imposing rigid standardization. It's about building flexible systems that can adapt to regional differences while maintaining data integrity. A mindset that’s been ‘core’ to how Tyler Collins developed our product strategy here at Cloneable. These insights from the field continue to shape how we think about infrastructure technology. ? What field realities are you seeing in your region? ? Any other insights that are critical for a technology partner to understand? #Infrastructure #FieldOperations #Innovation

For decades, utility pole surveys relied on traditional tools - CVT sticks, Total stations, and basic equipment that had barely changed since the 1950s. This wasn't due to resistance to change, but reflected the industry's commitment to proven methods. Today's infrastructure demands - increased fiber installation, grid modernization and workforce turnover - are driving evolution. Utilities are actively seeking more efficient approaches while maintaining their high standards for safety and precision. Traditional pole surveys meant: ?? Multiple crew members ?? Heavy equipment transport ?? Manual data entry and limited documentation ?? Delayed engineering reviews ?? Frequent truck rolls The industry's openness to innovation has enabled a fundamental shift. Advanced sensors in today's smartphones now deliver engineering-grade pole measurements in under a minute. A single field technician with an iPhone can capture comprehensive pole data - heights, attachments, and clearances - with validated accuracy. This digital transformation streamlines the entire utility workflow: ?? Field teams process more assets per day ?? Engineers receive accurate data in real-time ?? QA teams focus on analysis instead of data entry ?? Compliance teams maintain complete digital records ?? New personnel onboard faster with intuitive tools Through collaboration with leading utilities and engineering firms, we're continuously refining these capabilities to meet real-world operational needs, combining cutting-edge technology with practical field requirements.
