According to a new survey released by ERM Sustainability Institute, Salesforce, GlobeScan, Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) and SustainableIT.org, business leaders are recognizing significant value creation from sustainability efforts. Over 60% report improved employee attraction and retention, while 50% cite higher sales and lower costs. However, only around one-third of companies have deeply integrated sustainability into their decision-making processes. This highlights the growing importance of embedding sustainability at the core of business strategy for long-term success.
