A global knowledge portal for climate change and development practitioners.
关于我们
Climatelinks is a global knowledge portal for USAID staff, implementing partners, and the broader community working at the intersection of climate change and international development. The portal curates and archives technical guidance and knowledge related to USAID’s work to help countries mitigate and adapt to climate change. We aim for this portal to improve climate change and development programming, amplifying the impact of USAID’s investments into the future. We hope Climatelinks becomes a place for development practitioners to help identify and refine practices, and to inform USAID’s technical direction in areas of information gaps. Climatelinks is a venue for knowledge sharing, implemented through the USAID Advancing Capacity for the Environment program. Climatelinks does not represent the views of USAID or the U.S. Government. Please visit USAID’s Website for official government information.

Local leaders across Africa have the knowledge to build resilience – they just need access to climate finance. USAID's Climate Adaptation Support Activity supports the Africa Adaptation Initiative (AAI) to unlock critical adaptation funds from the Green Climate Fund (GCF). The GCF is the world’s largest fund for mitigation and adaptation in developing countries. Despite an effort to reach the Africa region, eligible African entities often need more technical capacity to complete the rigorous accreditation and proposal requirements. Read how CASA and AAI are helping institutions navigate this space and access funding. https://lnkd.in/etP6ByYc
