He discussed the need for clarification in the Inflation Reduction Act regarding third-party ownership models for Ground Source Heat Pumps and the implications of split ownership and the 80/20 rule within the Treasury’s Proposed Section 48 Energy Property Rule. As ominous as the title of the article is, this algorithm update, being publicly recognized as Possum, could either deliver negative or positive impact for your business. With the assumed intention of Google to better serve users and advertisers, a benefit it delivers is increasing the possibility for businesses outside of specified search city limits, but in proximity, to show on maps listings. What is important is to learn how to adjust and leverage the algorithm for the organic visibility of your business for success with local Google search.
