The best way to get inspired is to hang out with people changing the world. Today I'm at Chatham House, emceeing ClimateImpact's Growth Retreat, with 250+ of the world's most ambitious climate founders & investors. There's no shying away from the challenges, but it's impossible not to be optimistic when you hear all the ways people are changing the world. One interesting shift from a few years ago is that there's far less idealism on show.
