Meet the heroes of CRCQL (Chester Residents Concerned for Quality Living), a grassroots community-led organization leading the environmental justice movement for clean air and healthy communities in Chester City and Delaware County, since 1992. CRCQL's advocates come in all ages, as groups like C4 (Swarthmore College) and the youth group CHOICES (high school and younger) have risen to the occasion.
