Founded in 2006, the Clif Family Foundation supports small to mid-sized, grassroots organizations working to strengthen the food system; enhance equitable community health and safeguard our environment and natural resources. The Foundation believes in supporting grassroots groups and their use of funds to cover essential administrative and operational costs. The results of the pandemic indicated what the Foundation has always believed which is that we invest in the leadership of our grant recipients and entrust that they know best how to manage their budgets. Celebrating our 15th Anniversary, the Foundation is proud to continue to advance our mission and the hundreds of grant recipients that are such an integral part of the Clif Family Foundation. The Foundation is financially supported by Clif Bar & Company.
