Our recent 2024 CRM Success Survey report recently uncovered that bad data is one of the biggest frustrations at law firms. This does not come as a surprise to us, as we found that firms dedicate less and less resources to maintain their data quality. Almost half of all firms don't have any resources dedicated to maintain data quality, or they only focus on it when they have to get something done.
