Hi CLFP Family! We are extending a reminder that there is one month left to recertify for 2025. If you've already recertified, we invite you to comment "I've recertified!" below and to share your badge on LinkedIn upon completion. We also encourage you to check in on your teammates and fellow CLFPs to ensure your network is recertified for next year. If you are reading this and haven't completed Recertification yet - there is still plenty of time! Please see below for commonly asked questions and be sure to make a plan to recertify before November 30th to remain In Good Standing for 2025. As a reminder, this process takes place each fall so that all CLFPs are In Good Standing for the coming new year. Commonly asked questions: ?? When is CLFP Recertification? The process began on September 3, 2024 and ends on November 30, 2024 for the 2025 recertification period. ?? Do I have to recertify if I recertified last year? What if I am a new CLFP in 2024? If you are a CLFP on or before September 3, 2024, you will complete the recertification process this year for 2025. If you passed the Exam after September 3rd, you will not be recertifying this year. ?? I don't have a Recertification email. What do I do? Be sure check your work email (and junk folder) first. Your instructions are coming from [email protected]. If you can't find your email after checking, email [email protected] so we can support you and send instructions your way! ?? How long does recertification take? The process should take no longer than 30 minutes and involves taking four short quizzes and reading brief articles prior. The process also involves payment of annual dues and certification of the code of conduct. ?? I recertified last year, why am I recertifying again? This annual process is important for continuing knowledge as a CLFP. Recertification takes place every fall for all CLFPs so that everyone is In Good Standing on January 1 of the new year. ?? I don’t think I have enough time to recertify with the busyness of year end. What do I do? The process should take less than 30 minutes to complete. Most people recertify in one sitting, but you have the option to take as long as you need to as long as it is completed by November 30. If you are not complete by this time, you will be a CLFP out of good standing status. There is plenty of time to recertify! Further questions or clarifications? Please email [email protected] for support! We appreciate your attention to this important process and look forward to 2025.
