If you've ever thought, "Gen Z doesn't want to work and build a career," you probably haven't actually had face time with college students recently! It was a pleasure to meet with so many (very) engaged students at PRSA Greater Cleveland Student Day at Eaton this past Friday! At this event (and other higher ed events this year), I noticed students are generally: ? Naturally curious and insightful and open to asking thoughtful questions. ? Eager to add new skills to their resume ? Curious about AI and how it may reshape the field they’re just starting to understand. ? Warm and courteous in person, with a genuine approach to follow-ups. ? Focused on the present, especially how their current experiences will fuel their future careers. Cleveland State University School of Communication students and faculty who coordinated the event did an excellent job!
