The Cleveland Rowing Foundation supports, facilitates and promotes the sport of rowing and other recreational activities at Rivergate Park by partnering with member organizations and the community. The CRF hosts over 1,500 high school, collegiate and adult athletes on the banks of the Cuyahoga River in downtown Cleveland! We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that promotes and shares the athletic, health, educational and social benefits of rowing throughout Greater Cleveland. The CRF works in concert with community partners to enhance the recreational quality of the Cuyahoga River.

About Us: We’re a nonprofit dedicated to promoting the sport of rowing and fostering community at the heart of Cleveland’s Rivergate Park. Serving over 1,000 rowers annually, we host one of the largest single-day regattas in the U.S. and are committed to creating an inclusive and thriving rowing community. ?? Position Highlights: - Oversee operations, regatta management, community relations, and fundraising. - Build relationships with donors, sponsors, and local organizations. - Lead a passionate team and work directly with stakeholders to grow the sport of rowing. ?? Who We're Looking For: - 5–7 years of leadership experience in sports, nonprofit, or operations. - A strong passion for rowing or sports. - Proven success in fundraising and organizational growth. - Visionary leaders with excellent communication and team-building skills. - This hybrid role combines hands-on engagement during peak seasons and flexible work during the off-season.
