The company is now the number one kraut and kimchi brand in the U.S according to rankings from SPINS, a retail data company. Cleveland Kitchen is posting impressive recent numbers. They’re on track to make $43 million in sales this year, and recently hired 80 new team members in Cleveland, processing a staggering 52,000 pounds of cabbage a week.
