???? 3rd Annual CEL Cookie Bake-Off! ???? Today, we hosted our highly anticipated Cookie Bake-Off, and what a delicious experience it was! ?? Our talented team members went head-to-head to showcase their baking skills, with some incredible creations that had us all in awe (and craving more)! From chocolate chip masterpieces to innovative flavors we never saw coming, it was clear that every cookie had a personal touch and a lot of heart! ?? Huge congratulations to our 1st place winner and now proud owner of the coveted ?Golden Mixer? Brad Beachy! Shout-out's as well to our 2nd place winner - Brian Shepherd and 3rd place winner - Cheryle White, your baking skills are truly next level! ???? We rounded out the event with ?? Subs, ?? Pizza, and a ?? Dart game where team members can take three shots at cash prizes! 2024… What a year!! Filled with lots of rushed deliveries, satisfied customers and temperatures sensed. To celebrate, two of our fine team members, Jim Reinsel and Dean Kinter decided to spread some Christmas cheer by singing loud for all to hear! Just as our industrial thermocouples monitor and control temperatures in heat treating, steel making, glass bottle production and many more industries; the thermocouples in your oven help you achieve that perfect golden-brown turkey. We want to take a moment to celebrate our very own Engineering and Calibration laboratory Manager, Eric Yeager on his achievement of earning the ASTM, Robert D. Thompson Memorial Award!! Eric works diligently every day to ensure that our customers get exactly what they need. On top of that he also serves the temperature measurement industry as the ASTM subcommittee chair for E20.11 Thermocouples - Calibration, leading a team that crafts the standards for thermocouple calibration. Additionally, Eric has been recently appointed 1st Vice Chair of ASTM Committee E20 on Temperature Measurement and looks forward to doing even more to point the industry in the right direction. Eric has a true passion for the science of temperature measurement, and it is experts like him that keep Cleveland Electric Labs at the top of our game. Thank you Eric! And congratulations!

????? Spicing Up Our Workday: CEL's Chili Cookoff! ????? Today, our team gathered for a Chili Cookoff! It was a fantastic opportunity to bond, share recipes, and showcase creativity and culinary skills. From classic beef chili to "The Green Death" ?? the variety was incredible! A huge shoutout to our talented chefs who brought their A-game and to everyone who joined in to taste and vote! Congratulations to our ?? 1st, ?? 2nd, and ?? 3rd place winners! Not only did we enjoy some chili, we also celebrated our owner - Jack Lieske's Birthday! ?? ??
