Join us this Saturday for the last in our World on Stage concert series at the Centennial Peace Plaza. "International Cultures Night" will feature the Cleveland Bollywood Dancers, the Croatian Tamburitzan Orchestra, and the Black Beanz, a dance group of young men who hail from several African countries but now live in Akron. This promises to be GREAT fun with top-notch entertainment, and it's free! 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Parking at the Stonebrook/White school parking lots, or on the west side of MLK or on East Boulevard. The Plaza is mid-way along MLK, across from St. Casimir's Way. It's an amphitheater with a stage and bench seating. If you haven't been to the Gardens before, give yourself plenty of time, then you can walk around and enjoy the beautiful scenery before the show starts. See you Saturday.

Thanks to everyone who participated and attended One World Day 2024! More than 50 cultures marched in our Parade of Flags; 43 gardens welcomed visitors into their spaces, sharing food and information; hundreds of kids got their passports stamped; dozens of music and and performance throughout the Gardens......we could go on and on. What a joy to celebrate Cleveland's diversity and all the talent and treasure we find in that diversity.

The Cleveland Cultural Gardens are teaming up with the Trust for Public Land to host a spring clean-up on Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is our annual volunteer day, where folks from far and wide can come to help kick off our spring season. The gardens need a lot of work in the spring! We meet at the Centennial Peace Plaza, 1051 Martin Luther King Blvd. We provide gloves, water, snacks, tools, bags, etc. Volunteers, just bring yourselves, and a friend or two.
