Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Assistant Director of Operations Location: Cleveland, OH About Us: Cleveland Arts Prize, a dynamic and distinguished nonprofit organization, is dedicated to recognizing and supporting artistic excellence in Northeast Ohio. We are in need of a temporary, part time (21 hours) Assistant Director of Operations from June 1 - September 15.?This position will report to the Executive Director. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who has some knowledge of the arts (any discipline will be helpful) to join our team. Responsibilities: Database Management: Utilize E-tapestry to maintain accurate and up-to-date donor and stakeholder records. Generate reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making. Submissions Coordination: Assist with submission process using Submittable, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for artists and contributors. Meeting Logistics: Coordinate and make arrangements for various meetings, including scheduling, venue selection, and logistical support. Financial Administration: Process and manage invoices through QuickBooks, maintaining a systematic approach to financial transactions. Social Media Management: Curate, schedule, and post engaging content across social media channels to enhance the organization's online presence and community engagement. Event Support: Collaborate with the Executive Director to contribute to the planning and execution of organizational events, ensuring smooth operations. Communication: Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, or a related field OR proven experience with E-tapestry, Submittable, Doodle, Survey Monkey, QuickBooks, and other relevant software. Graphic design skills a plus Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, a plus.
