Danny Zimmermann and I have never been fans of Bosses Day, as we're both uncomfortable with the idea that we have bosses at Cleary Zimmermann Engineers. We all have different roles to play in the organization, but in reality, we're all here as humble servants to each other and our clients. Since we've done away with this custom, Danny and I were absolutely blown away when we were asked to step into the conference room this morning. Some of the team wore white shirts and bow ties to mimic me, while the rest put on caps to match Danny's hairdo. Special shout out to Aaron Heaps who nailed the ensemble with the double watches and Dave Ramsey book! Best laugh I've had in a while!
