We learned that Caleb admires George Washington, loves basketball ?? and lives by the wise words of his uncle, among other fun facts! ??????Read the full Q&A below ?????? Q: What’s one hobby or activity you enjoy that might surprise your colleagues? A: Basketball! I was fortunate enough to play basketball at the collegiate level (Suffolk University) and start every game since my Freshman year. I was a captain for 3 years and scored over 1,000 points as well. Q: If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why? A: George Washington. His ability to lead with confidence and perseverance during such a tumultuous time is remarkable to me! Discussing his leadership style and decisions would provide so many invaluable insights. Q: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received, and how has it impacted you? A: It was from my uncle. He said to be successful, focus on developing four skills, which he called LIDS: Leadership, Intelligence, Determination, and Street Sense. The first three speak for themselves, but the fourth emphasizes adapting to your environment and intuitively handling various challenges. Q: If you weren’t working in this field, what would be your dream job? A: NBA coach. I not only love the game of basketball, but I would love the opportunity to make strategic decisions, inspire players to perform at their very best and win championships! Q: What’s one skill or talent you have that most people don’t know about? A: I am a pretty good chess player (or used to be). I started playing in elementary school and was awarded 2nd place in the state of Massachusetts when I was in the 2nd grade.

The 1942 Stabilization Act was designed to limit employers' freedom to raise wages. It had the unintended consequence of encouraging employers?to offer health benefits as incentives instead. Health benefits could be classified as part of compensation without counting as income, meaning workers did not have to pay income tax or payroll taxes on those benefits. Employer-sponsored health benefits are a key part of recruitment efforts to this day.
