Construction on our neighbor and long-time client — The Residences at 400 Central — is progressing smoothly, projecting a topping out of level 46 in the coming months. When all is said and done, The Residences at 400 Central will soar 515 feet above downtown St. Petersburg’s vibrant Central Avenue, capturing breathtaking views from Tampa Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. We were excited to partner with the incredibly talented Rob Palo Photography on this shot that showcases the cranes at work above the St. Petersburg skyline.
