I’m excited to share that Cheryl Lombard, our Senior Program Director of Power, Infrastructure, and Minerals, delivered an exceptional testimony before the House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Energy & Mineral Resources on H.R. 7807—the Intergovernmental Critical Minerals Task Force Act. Cheryl highlighted how Congress can strengthen U.S. supply chains for critical minerals, meet growing energy demand, and drive American innovation to reduce global emissions. A huge shoutout to Amanda Sollazzo, who led the prep team with such expertise and focus, and to Lahra A. Walker, who worked alongside me throughout the process. Collaborating with Lahra was a fantastic experience, and I’m so grateful to have been part of a whole team effort. Contributing to the preparation for Cheryl’s testimony was a privilege, and it reinforced my passion for finding solutions that ensure America remains a leader in clean energy innovation and critical minerals policy.
