Women's Club of Clear Street
Once a month the Women's Club comes together to connect and engage in meaningful discussion. Open to all people across the company, we host fundraisers, book clubs, educational programs, and the occasional wine and cheese night. The goal is to create a support network for the current and future women of Clear Street. Recently, the club raised $13,394 for Feed the Frontlines, a non-profit that supports the struggling restaurant industry and provides meals to our hard-working frontline workers.
A Focus on Learning & Development
We host regular Lunch & Learn sessions where leaders from across the company discuss their projects and goals. New hires participate in Clear Street Connect, a two-day onboarding program. FINRA exams are required for several roles at Clear Street, including engineering roles that involve trading algorithms. For many, however, exams are optional - but Clear Street highly encourages colleagues to take them and funds both exams and prep courses.
